Each team gets its own code and everyone puzzles along on their own phone. The split makes no difference to the price. For 20 or more people we put together a personal quote with a schedule for all teams on request. No app needed, everything runs in the browser.

Yes. Until you start the tour, that is before any of your game codes has been activated, you can cancel at any time free of charge and get the full price back. You do it online through our cancellation form, with your booking reference and email address.

You play outdoors, so you pick the day yourself: there is no fixed date, and your game code stays valid for a year from booking. If it rains, simply play another day. Once you have started the tour, you can pause and carry on later.
